David Manderscheid named CCAS president-elect

TDA lead dean David Manderscheid, vice provost and executive dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, has been elected president elect for the national Council of Colleges of Arts and Sciences. He will serve three consecutive one-year terms, as president elect, president and past president, from 2015 to 2018. CCAS is an association of deans of arts and sciences that promotes the arts and sciences as a leading influence in higher education. Its 517 public and private member institutions educate approximately four million students.
