Dr. Lin’s research focuses on the development and application of statistical and bioinformatics tools for data analysis in genomics, epigenomics, and metagenomics. Her application areas include the studies of breast and prostate cancers, autoimmune diseases, genetic epidemiology, and the study of microbiota.
