Peter SwirePeter Swire, a distinguished privacy and cyber security law scholar, will present “Privacy and Government Cross-Border Requests for Data” at the Moritz College of Law. The talk will explore the privacy protections that personal information receives as well as the circumstances under which companies may be obligated to provide information associated with user accounts to law enforcement. The event is free and open to the public, with boxed lunches provided to those who register in advance.
