The seventh annual OSU Materials Week, a showcase of materials-allied research at The Ohio State University and beyond, was held May 12-15 in Columbus. This annual event brings together hundreds of researchers from Ohio State, peer universities, national and government labs, and private industry at plenary sessions, technical talks, and poster sessions covering the full spectrum of materials-allied research.

Technical sessions focused on the latest advances in the full spectrum of materials innovation with a special focus on sustainability, including:  Cradle-to-Cradle, Design and Manufacturing, Emergent Materials, Lightweighting, Energy Efficient Systems, Energy Harvest and Storage, and Policy, Awareness and Globalization.
