The Ohio State University research community engages in fundamental and applied research to discover new therapies, medical devices, and clinical technologies that improve lives.  Often, we start with a great idea that requires preliminary data or needs to move further through the translational research pathway. To achieve this, the Center for Brain Injury (CBI) Pilot Award Program provides seed funding for cross-college collaborations that push the boundaries of our knowledge and capabilities in brain injury research.  CBI also offers equipment and travel awards.
